Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Providing care and services to patients admitted into hospita
  • Handling complaint calls from clients
  • Handling incoming / outgoing calls for GAMI

Requirements:

  • Good English
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willy to work overtime
  • Willing to work in shift
  • Highly motivated
  • Able to use computer (word and excel)
  • Customer service oriented and enjoy communicating with people
  • At Least 1 year experience in any field (applicants with medical / customer service experience are more than welcome to apply)
  • Maximum age 28
  • Diploma Degree (D3)
