Responsibilities:As a trainer you will responsible to realize the implementation of a structured training program based on the finding in training need analysis for the enterire agency force efficiently. Including but not limited to conduct training according to the scheduled program, follow up training needs, and gaining feedback for overall training programs.
- Solid experience in training and development area within financial industry, have a strong passion in developing and educating others. Candidate with previous experience in sales or relationship development within insurance industry is encouraged to apply.
- Good presentation and communication, likely to act mature and professional person. Attractive performance and personality.
- Willing to learn and develop with high level of performance driven, accountable, and team work characters.
- Passionate to get close to people, to create both of inspiration and working spirit in the same time.
- Profecient in English and Ms. Office.
