    Our client is a highly respected international professional services firm with its headquarters in the US. It has won numerous awards for its work in high profile crisis management and is steadily growing its business in the region.   Reporting to the General Manager and the Regional CFO, you will be responsible for providing high-quality strategic and technical advice on all business matters. You will be in charge of all infrastructure functions in Indonesia, including business management, finance, human resources management, treasury, tax, information technology, local statutory, property issues and procurement initiatives. The Finance Director needs to be fully engaged in the business operations in Indonesia, as he/she builds an essential partnership with the senior management team beyond standard financial reporting and management. You are expected to implement and maintain sound business practices to support business growth in Indonesia and ensure full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements at all times.  

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified with experience in managing a broader finance function, including HR & IT. You possess well-developed business partnering skills and have excellent commercial acumen. This position requires first-rate people skills and high flexibility. Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia is required.   Candidates who are currently at Senior Manager level will also be favourably considered.
